#49579 RE: megaxl #49578

The problem with these criminals is they can do whatever they want very well knowing that no one will do anything to prosecute them as they should be.

The sub penny stock markets are an open playground for criminals and even if for the criminal himself it may be very much rewarding, the overall amount stolen is to small to justify high cost procédures aimed at getting them to jail.

I did witness sn exception to this with VLXC. A very large shareholders bale to risk money went after the criminals having done exactly the same as did our criminal doctor. He did and after years of costly proceeding got the criminal in jail (1 month only however).

The dedicated shareholder thereafter went at him and his accomplices (accountant, lawyer, ...) in civil courts. again he one and in the name of the screwed shareholders got an award of $ 100,000,ooo. The questions still pending after many years are: how can we collect, how much can we collect what can we done with whatever asset we can generate out of this judgement, ....

Till we get answers to that and for a long time yet, we are stuck with frozen shares we have not been able to trade for a long time and God only know for how muxh linger.
