Just saying insiders own 65 percent. Will they hold them? Absolutely not. They will unload at much higher price....that's why I think anything below .0005 is a good buy. If the merger candidate comes through this could move like FR$Z. Like the fact they audited their financials....something you usually do before announcing a move.
