EWSI filings are extremely clear. Plus, numerous articles about this subject have already been discussed here. There is a problem with most companies auditing controls who have operations in China.

Also recommend you update the information regarding the lawsuit that you stickied. There is zero problems there...please post subsequent comments that the company has already made public on this subject in addition to the Jan 2014 link you have stickied.
