Please re-read the post. I stated discussion about Chinse Based Entities who trade on US Markets and THEIR accounting issues have nothing in common with US Based Securities Issuers, such as EWSI is (Deleware). Many US companies operate inside of China with no problems in financial reporting status to the SEC.
Most here are confusing the regulations that Chinese Companies, who operate soley inside of China, and have their stock listed on American exchanges, are having trouble with.
EWSI has had 3 auditors not be able to figure their Internal accounting, not the SEC guidlines on revenue reporting.
