You do understand that they lease space and don't have assets such as buildings. Would not a more reasonable analysis look at debt as a percentage of revenue? I don't know what is healthy or not in terms of managing debt as relates to revenue in this particular industry. Do you have knowledge of a different metric other than the Quick ratio you are using?
