Yeah, most companies with death spirals. You won't find it in companies that use conventional debt financing and don't see their stock crushed by these discounted shares bought from the company, then sold to newbies.
Make that short sold to newbies, then bought from the company at a steep discount - and handsome profit to the holder - to cover.
