Pricing would imply desired....subject to amendment or cancellation or withdrawal (if they weren't able to meet desired pps / funds)

Closed would factually state funds were raised at said pps


Am I being redundant? If so, i apologize. Thought there would be a difference between those interpeyations and verbiage

I understand your car analogy; but after no buyers pay my price I could decide to change it and put it back up for sale vs you already paid for it and it is California where every used car sold has an implied " AS IS" clause without contract required... Asking/hoping vs what is done is done, no refunds available.
