Have to agree with Mack and jbem777,

Most of us invest in ONCS because our DD reflects a certain level of confidence in the potential of the cancer treatments currently undergoing clinical trials.

It also reflects confidence in the management, including the CEO, that they will do what's best to move the treatments through clinical trials and the approval process.

Just to be clear, I stated this belief was based on not only the word of the CEO but the finances of the company. There is simply no need for it at this juncture.

I do adamantly disagree with 200MM even being considered large. That is not remotely a large number of shares to carry. Double it and maybe we can talk about a R/S for share numbers. ONCS does not need to reduce that number nor do they need to R/S for an up-list.

Again, each to their own, but if one is going to ignore their CEO and ignore the financials....sorry that does not seem like sensible investing to me.

Punit has made a name for himself by being transparent and keeping ONCS as transparent as they can. He has made a name for the company by running it as efficiently and consistently as anyone could hope for. Of course he will keep all avenues open, he has always said this, BUT, to drop a R/S this year would be out of character and against the company's strategy.

When I specifically asked PUNIT about a RS he immediately brought INO.He stated that was met with a lot of backlash from investors and one decision that was very difficult. Which he would do if we can't get there organic but only followed by many positive catalysts. The positive of this is he has done it before and knows the stigma that comes with it along with the benefits.
