Completely agree. But to rule it out of an investment thesis is negligent. I do many things everyday that I don't like to do, but improve my situation (like picking up dog turds in my backyard). He may not like the idea of an RS, but there is no doubt in my mind he would propose one if it was in the best interest of ONCS, regardless of investor opinion.
