that's a ridiculous way to spin it. people who have done EWSI DD understand the issue with China, appreciate the 8K that corresponded with the 10K and are waiting for the resolution this quarter. they aren't thinking about suing anyone.

Oh, I think it's a real company alright, just one that scammed shareholders out of millions by knowingly issuing false statements and filings in order for him, thru his company, to sell millions of shares at highly inflated prices to raise operating capital.

And what are the grounds for this class action lawsuit? Was it his intent to mislead? Did he purposely cause the accounting issues with China? It's going to be corrected in the second quarter. If it isn't corrected then I'll admit I was wrong about this company and move on. Until then, I'll wait for the amended 10-K that'll include the revenues from China. You should go ahead and start the class action lawsuit in the meantime

Wow, well, I remember someone posting a actual EWSI property, I think in Irvine, CA. That is when I thought maybe this was real, then some pics in Ohio...

I got attacked when I tried to find out about the company and posted phone numbers that did not go anywhere...wow, they came and attacked me like I was the problem...well the pps did tank after I posted...I was doing a favor to someone that thought EWSI may be a good one and I posted no after all my dd...

I am in small for a bounce...even just a chart play, I can get lucky.

Too bad, as I know many good intentioned folks went along with the pumpers...hope they get all they deserve, I am not their judge...that is for sure...just an investor, who likes to win distressed stocks.

A class action lawsuit? That is the funniest post I have read yet on this board!
First here are absolutely no grounds for a lawsuit.
Second, even if by some miniscule chance there could be one, no one would see a red cent because Nevada among many states holds corporate employees harmless for anything and the company is in the red right now! LOL! Enjoy!
