Oh, I think it's a real company alright, just one that scammed shareholders out of millions by knowingly issuing false statements and filings in order for him, thru his company, to sell millions of shares at highly inflated prices to raise operating capital.
It looks like he might have been smart enough to avoid criminal charges, but there's no doubt that grounds exist for a class action law suit. The only thing that he's got going for him is the fact that EWSI has no real value, of course he may culpable as an individual, and the fact that he can skip the country.
I sure hope that some of the people he bilked out money contact an attorney. I'd pay to find out who else was involved in the scam.
