Most people are not selling because they wouldn't get anything if they sold. Many have paid .0002 to .0003 and if they sold today it would be for .0001. I would't sell at this point either if I still had any shares. Wait until the end of the year in the event of a miracle occurring or more likely to take the tax write off for your 2014 taxes.

Why can't Kay secure any Bank Loans? Salary-Cuts?

A 4 Division company that isn't using money from Bank Loans.....?

During the development phases, we raised debt capital from several secondary lending sources in the equity market to support our development efforts. Most of the lenders are converting their debts to stock causing large volumes of trading. We must meet our obligations to these lenders.

Couldn't this company raise Capital if the CEO took a pay cut or worked for Free?
