IF you are going to trade a stock that is DUAL LISTED such as Supreme SPRWF on the OTC Market and SL on the TSXV..

Then you should be aware of the rules governing the exchange

Not just blindly buy something you do not understand...To me that is just immature and pure laziness...and if people want to put their hard earned money into something they know NOTHING ABOUT...what does that say about them
