The JDA could amount to nothing or a lot IMO. If Schott has the janitor devoted to the JDA 1 hour per week it's nothing. If instead they have a team of engineers and scientists devoted full time to bringing the technology to fruition it's a big big deal. Would it violate any SEC rules if TDCP management told us a few details of the JDA? So far we really have nothing to go on other than speculation from members of this board.
