Oh...so NOW VORTEX was a "partner"?!?!? That's NOT what their PR from 3/4/14 said. Looter IN PR STATED that this Company ACQUIRED VORTEX.

Six weeks later they NOW say that it might be "possible" to work with Vortex in the future. Really?? Possible to work with a company YOU BOUGHT?!?!

That's FRAUD plain and simple and will be how the SEC views it too.
