Fraud exposure...please? All I see is a failed relationship with a partner, and a Global Lock that relates to unregistered shares from 5 years ago and previous Management. Where's the fraud?!

I agree, it doesn't look good right now, and there are many here including myself, with very large investments in Luxuriant Holdings that are already hurting. However, I still don't believe that they canceled the R/S, and went through all of his, for nothing! The DTCC issue has caused a temporary setback.
