2. As for dilution and R\S, it is part of the penny culture. COWI much like any other penny is diluting, it does not scare me;therefore, I am not "panicking". You win some. You lose some.

Lastly, as for .0001, I welcome it, because I am sitting on it. If the PPS gets there, fine. If not, It is even better.
