OK. There is no need to PANIC.

Pennies fluctuate fall all types of reason. COWI is penny; therefore it is subject to fluctuation. Just because there appears to be selling happening, it does not MEAN R\S is looming at .0001. It may very well hit .0001 and shoot back up 100%+. There are 10B shares left before I will be concerned about an R\S.

A\S is ~ 10B
