I don´t expect an update before we get notice of effectiveness.

If sec approves the last greenscape filing we should see it tomorrow or next week(around 3 weeks is the usual time). After it we will get news about the spin-off. If sec has more questions, we have to wait for another filing.
Before this is done and effective we will not hear anything.
But we are close...

A corporate update will come when the S1 is declared effective. Mr. Scheltema told me that as soon as this process is over he will be 100% transparent with us about HDRE and GreenScapes plan. Our S1 Amendment 2 was filed on April 2 so we should be hearing back from the SEC this week but most likely next week.
