(“Student Connect”), entered into a service agreement with a school district in California to provide its proprietary school transportation monitoring system. The agreement is cancellable by the school district upon 30 days’ notice. Student Connect provides the equipment and monitoring service at a no cost to the school district. The system provides instant notification to schools and parents about students riding on the school buses. Messages are delivered to schools and parents at no cost and are funded through advertisers who sponsor each message sent to the parent about their child."
