Yeah, being a web developer myself I can say that site is pretty poorly designed. The "News" section doesn't even load anything. It portrays a bad image to not have a fully functional site, let alone a poor UI interface.
What do we expect from a penny stock company anyway, they obviously didn't have enough money to hire a web designer to design the site, I would bet they used one of those free website generators instead. Not to bash on the company, but this is expected until they generate some cash...
