Why are people not calling Coleridge and telling him cancel the deal?

I don't think anyone has located Coleridge.
Cancel the deal, why?
Besides I don't think it was his decision anyway, third party.
He is likely just a figure head.

I would guess he did not, VKML has never had any money. But it could be possible. The money transfer was not mentioned in the contract , only in the PR and 8-K summary. the Share Exchange Agreement is the real thing.

The amount is about the right amount to pay the taxes on $1,000,000 of capital gains. Moreno and crew would owe that upon selling their company.
