Yup...REPUBLICANS, that's who, for easing all requirements of publically held companies and what they have to report to make it incredibly easy to lie cheat and scam investors (so white fat old men get rich, the Republican motto). SFOR is calling the selling of shares as 'sales'. With tighter restrictions they'd been busted years ago.
