Exactly. If they weren't interested it'd have been noted by know. By continueing their DD I believe they just want to make sure everything is as smooth as possible for the transition. They wouldn't extend it twice if they didn't have intentions to purchase the facility.
Well we know where the bottom was now with this news. Maybe they are buying shares? LOL. True nothings really changed since when they first went public except they are really dragging their feet here. I mean the NR today was like two sentences they could have rolled it up into the NR yesterday.
