If you divide the SKTO price by AEGY price. In this case:
.025/.0034 = you will get approximately 8. I think that's what the MM were instructed to do when things come to conversion of AEGY shares to the new company. SKTO share holders will have a 1:1 conversion rate meanwhile we might end up with a 8:1 conversion price.
