Good point....but hasn't mslp accounted for this as discounts; therefore in previous years declaring 2 sets of rev numbers....we all know they do this.
Last year q4 was something like 40m sales less discounts, blablabla = 16m net That appears to be their disclosure they were inflating numbers....which also allowed them to meet guidance.
Side note: I am almost 100% certain this is no longer a trade....this is a long haul for those who believe in selling powder for profit as if it's the future; many years down the road...
This is a monster accusation. I really can't believe that there is any validity to it. If in the end it is true all executives involved go to jail and all the current common shareholders will lose 60-95% of their current investments at a minimum.
