Stuffing the channel is prevalent in most businesses. I spent 30 years in high tech and it is/was a way of life. Not that it is right, I'm just saying, it happens in all walks of corporate life. The smart companies know how to walk the line between real sales and channel stuffing. I suspect the $150M rev number for this year is solid if not sandbagging and the company is doing everything on the up and up with the SEC looking. If it comes out that they did something in the past, to me the stock goes up knowing that whatever comes out of it, the company is now on the right track with the right people in place to manage the business. Remember our new president is handling the day to day operations. We go to $15 before the end of the year.
