I agree... At this point I think it is 100% obvious that there never was and never will be a heater and that they knew it all along. At least some of them. Maybe to some people this was obvious sooner and most of us have at least suspected it for a long time now. Going forward we have to decide what to do about it. They basically plain lied to us. It may or may not be worth going after them but waiting further won't bring anything from them. At this point, seems to me at least, there can't be any reasonable excuse for what they are doing and they aren't even telling us anything anymore. Maybe 6 months ago a case could be made that they are a very small company, very small budget, very complicated parts, very unlucky, whatever so hence the delays. It was a stretch even then but now I think they've been "getting parts" for at least a year. They are lying and stalling hoping that this batch of investors just gets tired and gives up and the fresh batch of suckers can be reeled in. Ball's in our court now. I for one am willing to put some money and effort into suing them if there is enough support from a large enough group to do that.
