my thought is the FDA info which i thought was an issue was likely already resolved or being resolved... .
i did some digging and from what i've seen this isn't much of a problem really... it happens very often and unless ignored goes away pretty quickly without issue....
it's not a recall..

I think you are over exaggerating just a little. If the ceo fumbles the address then i will agree with you. But taking into consideration how tranparent he has been i highly doubt he will fumble anything. Imo
I'm sure its a response is coming this week, I was expecting news this morning myself. But I will be patient I'm in the hole 6k myself can't and want sell red. I'm expecting a Big PR with FDA response or multiple PRs this week. JMO
