Also, why was there no warning to shareholders that they are going to suspend the stock. Giving us time to bale out with full value? Answer, because they want to steal our money. That is why. In what country does the government come down on a company who has not been proven guilty of anything and shut them down effectively without any warnings or a chance for the company to correct whatever mistake they made. If they did not know it was a mistake or the severity of the punishment. It sounds to me like this is/was a witch hunt by SEC and they are not going to give PHOT and its shareholders a fair shake on justice and an opportunity to defend themselves and make right what was wronged. ITs like Judge Dred who convicts, executes the suspect without a do process of law. What kind of country do we live in that officials can get away with this kind of action without due process and fair play. Murderers who are suspects get a better deal with the law than the SEC does for companies like PHOT. Anybody here, disagree with me I would like to know what you think? Remember we live in a democratic society where no one is guilty they have to be proven guilty. Being convicted of something buy a rumor is not justification to shut down a company.

Current shareholders took the hit to protect future shareholders. If the market cap doubled and the stock got suspended, investors would be out twice the cash.

We are posting loses??
How about at $.77 I had a quarter million($250,000) in my Phot account--- never sold.
Only good thing is I bought at $.045 so majority was UNREALIZED profits. Funny how that "unrealized" came true
