That is a fact. I stand to loose $45000 because of the SEC suspending the PHOT trading. I like how they said, we are suspending trading to protect the investors. How hypocritical is that? They are causing investors major losses by suspending trading and forcing the stock to possibly end up in the gray market where you would be lucky to even sell it at any price. How is SEC protecting the shareholders? I wish someone would explain that one to me. It looks like the SEC is not punishing PHOT the company. They are still in business selling their products, in their stores. They are punishing the shareholders. That is who they are hurting the most now. Anybody does not see this must be blind.
