Good to hear from you B2L. I'm pretty sure no victim has seen a dine. Money from Jarvis's house is like a cruel joke. Between the mortgage, and 5 years of taxes, utilities, upkeep and real estate fees, there won't be much left. Could be something in Dial's assets that Kesha said were discovered and seized.
I'm more pissed at the SEC. They have held $1.6 million in cash since April 2009. IMO, lawyers are eating that up. Their own schedule called for victims to have been notified by early January about how much they could expect.
A friend talked to he firm that is administering the fund. He was told they expected to have disbursement made by the end of the first Q, but they couldn't decide whether to make notifications before disbursing the payments or to simply send them out.
We are probably looking at more months while they make that difficult decision.
