I know it sounds slightly loopy, oaks, but think about it. Claimed operations in Pakistan and the Middle East, the SEC seemingly turning a blind eye to blatantly fraudulent PR's, and St. Pat's criminal record certainly raise a lot of red flags.

Roddy Boyd at the NYP had an article last year about a CIA front in Virginia that was heavily involved in penny stock pump and dumps. It was a rather explosive claim, but the story had no legs whatsoever. One wonders.
