Me too, I've always had insomnia and my 16 year old son cant pay attention to crap, but I WILL NOT give him ADD meds, I would try both of those natural alternatives!

That is first thought as well until the other states go legal.
Next is the growing aunt of both ADD and ADHD as well as the growth in sleep disorders in are medical community.
I personally could sell the sleep vitamins to truck drivers all day long as they have to get the sleep apnea tests.
the truck stop magazines and shelves would be an excellent place for them right now.
I do not vary my sleep patterns so I am ok.
All though the last two weeks I have been on day light instead of 2 am and that is killing me lol

I can not wait to try the sleep one.
Some on the IHUB and so intrigued and Jgygli probably think I need the other though lol
