I thought they stated they the 5 hour product would be eligible for mmj states? I would think they could restrict stated not eligible, but than again I guess restricting states could be a headache...

Because you have to get it from a medical outlet. Just a like a pharmacy has stuff that we can not buy shipped to them and they sell it.
