Actually I do have a small greenhouse that I bought last summer. In October I put some stuff in it; amazingly, the parsley is still alive.

But I'm not gonna use it for the peppers. I ordered now to be sure to get the plants I wanted, but they won't send them (or debit my CC) until the second week of May. They say that planting pepper too early will retard their growth; you need to be sure that nighttime temperatures won't go below 55.
