It's possible that Intel "cheated" in the benchmarks by providing a CPU that is far more power efficient and higher performance than its predecessors. Maybe AMD can add "unfair mobile-inspired competitive CPU" to their lawsuit and put an injunction against it. Intel is a monopoly, and they shouldn't be allowed to launch competitive products that can lock AMD out of lucrative markets.
