It's possible that Intel "cheated" in the benchmarks by providing a CPU that is far more power efficient and higher performance than its predecessors. Maybe AMD can add "unfair mobile-inspired competitive CPU" to their lawsuit and put an injunction against it. Intel is a monopoly, and they shouldn't be allowed to launch competitive products that can lock AMD out of lucrative markets.

I'm going to have to give them the benefit of the doubt right
now. They're going to have to release real chips to the
reviewer types and playing around with the numbers will get
them crucified by the press if they go that route. Apple tried
that with Core Duo and the reviewers called them on it. Though
it appears that Apple doesn't care.
