Re: You aren't actually surprised that when Intel sets up BOTH machines and installs special demos and drivers, they get favorable results, are you?

It's possible that Intel "cheated" in the benchmarks by providing a CPU that is far more power efficient and higher performance than its predecessors. Maybe AMD can add "unfair mobile-inspired competitive CPU" to their lawsuit and put an injunction against it. Intel is a monopoly, and they shouldn't be allowed to launch competitive products that can lock AMD out of lucrative markets.
