I think you are making confusion. NWBO is issuing 2M+ new shares which will be purchased by the 'sophisticated investor'(rumored to be Heights Capital) at $6.6. Linda Powers is not selling her shares. The difference is huge as the money goes to NWBO for mfg expansion, not to LP.
