norcal..they are hanging up on SH for a reason ... those same SH who helped finance FH out of trouble when he diluted over a decade ago. My guess is whatever they are doing is not SH friendly. Otherwise they would have a strategy/script in play to handle common SH who call. And no PR.
Some of the newbies who recently joined over the past 6 months don't understand why the longs did not go after FH on a legal front. Well my answer to that is....we were. I was not a solid player in that process but I supported it. WC lead the effort. But it stalled out IMO because of the recent reinstatement and other DD that was uncovered. That provided "Hope". Didn't BO run on that platform? Where did that end up.
But you know my position on this. The "Drill Down" DD is a TOTAL waste of time if FH doesn't communicate to us SH. So I stopped wasting my time with that DD exercise 5+ years ago. FH is in the drivers seat and if history repeats itself... All this after FH declared that he would NEVER do an R/S again. We just need to do the math.
