something the IR guy said which struck an awkward moment, we were speaking about the RS and when we found out about it. I said, we found out from the pr on April 9th. He said was it filed with the Nevada SOS? i said no it wasn't. He seemed surprised. He also says the deal was signed on May 11, 2014 when the share price was .004. So why did it take so long to put out the details of the deal, did they miss a deadline? should the RS have been filed with the Nevada SOS earlier? i told him the deal needs to be adjusted to reflect the current share price which was .09 before the news hit. Something stinks here.

I highly doubt any split or acquisition will happen. With todays SEC continued attack on these stocks-suspending trading today and recently on others. The terms of the acquisition and reverse split will bring a ton of heat on Moreno with all the pissed off traders here and elsewhere. Restructure the deal or its dead in my opinion. Too many eyes on what is happening in this industry right now.
