I do not believe so....they must file their Q's. However, I have seen times when Q's have actually been delayed without SEC ramifications of lateness when something like this happens....it is not often, but again, it would tell us IPO is going down. Regardless, watching the REGEN site on Edgar will give us all the clues we need.

I have no issues with sitting tight as what is going on behind the scenes is crystal clear to me from where I am sitting. If the Q's do come by the 20th, they must disclose what is going on....IPO and FDA wise. That is why I believe everything will be done by then too! (again also 60 days from Divvy date).
