I'd really be careful about assumptions like this; they lead to misplaced expectations and tend to confuse people. Praxsyn has said audited financials are coming, but nothing says they need to be reported in this upcoming 10K.

Remember, this 10K will reflect the prior 12 months of PAWS, which had no revenue... Praxsyn merged into PAWS 31 March, at the end of their reporting cycle.
