I stand corrected. I was under the assumption of the following:

The PAWS Pet Company, Inc. (OTCQB:PAWS), is pleased to announce that on December 31, 2013, PAWS closed the acquisition of Mesa Pharmacy Inc. ("Mesa").

If this officially closed on December 31st, could PAWS include Mesa's financials for the FY13 10QK? Therefore at least giving us an idea of the potential earnings and net profits of this aquisition?

Agree, Feb and Mar represent the forward looking possibilities of this company, the 10-k is going to represent the backward looking lower revenue past. Consider the 10-k a "baseline" vs. thinking it is going to be some sort of $100M confirmation
