Or, in the case of David Russell Foley, a "chief technologist" who bombed out of college after one semester but succeeded at garnering a couple of felony convictions for fraud, and charges for money laundering, game counterfeiting, and a total of 35 separate felony counts.

Now he gets a full scholarship for two years of finishing school. Finally, he will have a diploma to mount on his wall!

And then maybe it's off to "graduate school" for a Masters in Securities Fraud!!!
