Yes, I recall that during the dotcom bubble, a pre-revenue Golden Bridge was in the preliminary process of going public but decided not to go ahead because all hell broke loose after the wild and woolly UK and Germany 3G auctions during the first half of 2000.

With 3G on a slower ramp throughout the decade, 4G is virtually science fiction now so Schilling might decide to cash out. While it would be nice to maintain some continuity in this man's work on 2G, 3G and 4G, I don't think we want IDCC to overpay.

Jim, didn't IDCC and Schilling have a falling out a few years back?
