The company Orofino Gold Stock Ticker ORFG This company has been
reporting that in the near future Island Stock Transfer will be handling a restricted share dividend to share holders. This has been posted in January and March press releases.

I am trying to verify this with a yes or no answer to validate their claims.
Your response is needed to help investors from possibly falling prey to a scam.

The Divvy is suppose to be issued to shareholders as of record on April 15th it sometimes takes a couple of days for the shares to show in your account!!! As long as your a stock holder on April 15th you should receive 1 share of restricted for every 10 shares you hold. Give it three days after the 15th(settlement process) if the shares aren't in your account call your broker to have them correct your position!!!
