The Divvy is suppose to be issued to shareholders as of record on April 15th it sometimes takes a couple of days for the shares to show in your account!!! As long as your a stock holder on April 15th you should receive 1 share of restricted for every 10 shares you hold. Give it three days after the 15th(settlement process) if the shares aren't in your account call your broker to have them correct your position!!!
