Why are you so worked up for the PR? The only purpose for the PR is to express a group of investors oppinion, it didn't claim they represent you in specific, plus it IS a legit concern for future unneccessary dilution which all true LONG term investors should be concerned about.

Since this options issue is such a non-issue and has raised so much concern, is it possible that the real concern is how the stockholders would vote if an issue such as a hostile takeover was presented to them for a vote?

Teecee, I got your PM, and I'm not sure what you are talking about. I haven't been able to keep up with the board since the CC. I haven't even read the PR as the link to IDCC's website press releases didn't have the news release in question.

I haven't been involved in this options debate since last week, and only then to state that some posters on both sides of the issue have gone too far.

If someone could direct me to a post showing the PR I would appreciate it, as I have been unable to find it in the nearly 400 posts that I have missed since Tuesday. Thanks.
