Shanerbart -- by inference -- the escrow shares are processed and paid by the activities of the "WMILT" (Washington Mutual Liquidating Trust") -- an entity now representing the 'former' estate, and having no connection to the new security WMIH.

They - by definition and 'charter' exist for a minimum of 3 years post bankruptcy exit, and the option to continue to exist for an additional 3 years.
